Calculate dissolution distribution.
Compute the dissolution distribution waterfall against the entity's current cap table, outstanding creditor claims, and residual cash balance. Read-only; idempotent on the input parameters. Mutates nothing — the actual distribution is recorded via ShareLedgerEntry records of kind: liquidating_distribution or liquidation_preference_payout emitted by the dissolve cascade.
Distinct from the priced-round cap-table calc (which projects into a hypothetical financing); this projects through the statutory wind-down waterfall: creditors first, then preferred by liquidation preference, then common pro rata.
