Amend the share ledger entry.
Amend an already-recorded ShareLedgerEntry in place — primarily used to overlay vesting onto founder restricted stock issued via formation_packet. Founder restricted stock from formation_packet lands as a ShareLedgerEntry (kind=issuance), not as a Grant, so the grant-level apply_vesting_overlay verb is not applicable; callers reaching for vesting-overlay-on-founder-stock end up here.
The canonical use case: an angel/seed investor demands retroactive 4-year/1-year-cliff vesting on already-issued founder stock as a condition of a SAFE investment. Without this verb, the only path is to cancel the issuance and re-issue, which destroys provenance and cap-table continuity.
Cascades. - Updates the original ShareLedgerEntry with an amendment record; the original immutable entry is preserved and the amendment is appended as a sibling for full audit history. - Emits a Document of kind=stock_vesting_amendment_agreement (variant per amendment_reason). - Adds the amendment as a forward-reference on the authorizing Resolution's authorizes_share_reservations[] (or authorizes_agreements[] if the amendment is purely contractual). - Cap-table snapshot.
Returns 202 Accepted. On completion, emits share_ledger.entry_amended, document.created. Subscribe via `POST /v1/webhook_endpoints` to consume.
