Execute the share repurchase.
The 5th composite atomic flow, joining formation_packet, close_package, the MFN cascade, and the dissolution cascade. One call cancels the targeted shares back to the authorised-but-unissued pool, records the repurchase consideration on the share ledger, and amends the cap table — all atomically. Either all three ledger writes land (share_repurchase_cancellation, share_repurchase_payment, and the cap_table.amendment) or none does.
Used by the cofounder-departure cascade to repurchase pre-cliff unvested shares at par (pre_cliff_unvested_cancellation), post-cliff unvested shares at FMV (post_cliff_at_fmv), and any board-authorised buyback (board_authorized_other). The authorizing_resolution_id is required — it must reference a passed Resolution of kind: amend_founder_grants (or equivalent buyback authorisation) that names the per-share price.
Returns 202 Accepted. On completion, emits share_repurchase.executed, cap_table.amended, and share_ledger.entry_recorded × 2. Subscribe via `POST /v1/webhook_endpoints`. Idempotent via Idempotency-Key. See the cofounder-departure cookbook Phase 3 for the full walkthrough.
