Exercise grant.

Record an option exercise (or RSA early-exercise). Distinct from grant creation: captures the exercise method, payment, and the cascade of artifacts an exercise produces.

Cascades. - Notice of Exercise document signed by the optionee. - share_ledger issuance entry against the equity-plan reserve at the strike price, creating a tracked share lot. - For ISOs: holding-period tracker (1 year from exercise + 2 years from grant for long-term capital gains; disqualifying-disposition tracker if sold earlier). - For ISOs: AMT preference computation per IRC §56 — the bargain element (FMV – strike) at exercise is an AMT preference item. - Form 3921 staged for IRS filing per IRC §6039 — required for every ISO exercise; due to optionee by 1/31 and to IRS by 2/28 (paper) / 3/31 (electronic). - For early-exercised RSAs: auto-cascade an 83(b) election (tax_elections.kind: section_83b) with a 30-day deadline. - QSBS holding-period tracker started for the resulting share lot if the entity qualifies under IRC §1202.

Returns 202 Accepted. On completion, emits one of: grant.issued, share_class.created, valuation.created, share_ledger.entry_recorded. Subscribe via `POST /v1/webhook_endpoints` to consume.
