Get mfncascade eligibility.
Return the set of outstanding convertibles whose MFN clauses would ratchet if a hypothetical priced round closed at the supplied terms. Read-only / dry-run discovery — does not mutate any SAFE state. Used to scope a subsequent triggerMFNCascade call before the round closes.
For each eligible SAFE, returns the proposed_terms_diff showing which of the round's terms qualify as more-favourable, and whether each falls inside the SAFE's mfn_window_months.
