Retrieve filing proof
Retrieve the tamper-evident proof manifest for an entity's prepared filing. The browser agent captures proof at the last reviewable screen before submit; this is the only endpoint that surfaces it. The read re-verifies that the stored proof bytes hash to the recorded content_hash and returns 409 state_proof_integrity_fail if they disagree — catching any path that blanks the payload while leaving the hash intact.
Returns 404 not_found if the entity has no captured proof, or if the caller's token has no read grant on it.
