Test-mode only. real mirrors live timelines with mocked state responses. fast uses a ~1-second cadence per filing (default in dev). instant makes mutations synchronous — the response carries the terminal resource — for CI tests and demo flows that need the post-submit state visible immediately.

Live-mode rejection. Sending this header with a sk_live_… / rk_live_… / sk_dashboard_live_… bearer returns 400 invalid_header_for_live_mode. Live filings move at the speed of the underlying state-of-incorporation portal; there is no client-side simulation knob.

Workflow handle cofounder departure.

Composite orchestrator that bundles the four phases of the cofounder-departure cookbook into a single async call: (phase_1_separate) flips Stakeholder.status from active to separating, (phase_2_acceleration_resolution) drafts the kind: amend_founder_grants Resolution with the negotiated acceleration percentage, (phase_3_share_repurchase) fires the share_repurchase composite atomic flow against the remaining unvested tranche, and (phase_4_separation_agreement) generates the separation_agreement_with_mutual_release Document and routes it for both-party signature. Once the document executes, Stakeholder.status advances to separated.

Tier-3 only. Discretionary acceleration is a board judgement call, so the orchestrator opens a tier-3 Authorization (returned as authorization_id) that requires human countersign before the cascade fires. Tier-4 autonomous tokens cannot organise a cofounder departure — the call returns 403 tier_4_cannot_separate_cofounder.
